Gourmet Kitchens, Inc. is recruiting our Next Generation. We are a Chicago-based food production firm specializing in high-quality, wholesome prepared meals.
The Next Generation Management Training Program is a comprehensive 1-year, salaried training program designed to provide recent Bachelor and Masters level graduates with the knowledge and skills required to fully understand our company, operations, goals and methods. The Next Generation Management Training Program develops leadership, analytical and problem solving skills through classroom training and key individual assignments. In short, the Next Generation training provides an immersion into GKI's culture, the skills required to do the job and the basics of management.
Because GKI is a manufacturing company and fresh food production is at the very heart of our business, we believe it is essential that each and every Next Generation Manager have a thorough understanding of our business starting at the production floor. Hence, each Next Generation Trainee will begin training in the production area. This exposure will provide a valuable experience that will enable each trainee to understand his or her role in the organization. Further, the production experience provides the skill foundation required to fully support and assist our production team to ensure product quality and the overall success of the company.
