Food Safety
We pride ourselves on the effectiveness of our food safety program which is frequently evaluated internally through rapid microbial assessments and externally through outside audits and utilization of the USDA sample testing program.
We confirm our commitment to food safety through an excellent Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) Program which is supported by regularly and consistently monitored Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and daily Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs). |
